After a surprisingly long and deep conversation, my bronies and I came to the conclusion that Warhammer 40k and My Little Pony have too many similarities to ignore, and this was the inevitable result. And so begins the illustration of the Horse Heresy 8D I have a feeling I'm going to be goaded into drawing lots of these >.<
totally awsome! ponies and warhammer 40k in one sweet pacage!
Kinda makes you think how Fluttershy-sanguinus (Sangushy? 0_0) would handle herself when facing down that bloodthirster Sanguinus famously fought: "Oh, goodnes, you...you are really big, and angry looking, cant we just talk about it mr Bloodthirster, like civiliced ponies, well Your not a pony but you see what i mean right?" *Sangushy gets raoared at by the demon and has to resort to one of her famous anger tantrums and maybe "the stare" to save the day*
LOVE FOR THE LOVE THRONE
Jesus Christ guys, grow up.
WE REGRET NOTHING!!!
if thats ok with them of course..... eep
I never thought that fluttershy would be sanguineous, then again I have been wrong before..
I don't know what else to say.
In all seriousness good job Im not that into the my little pony thing but this is pretty cool.
The darker part of MLP does have many many similarities to 40k. I even have the suspicion that it's the bastard child of 40k.
I mean, you've got the inquisition of Nebulous, who go around slaughtering anyone of chaotic alignment. The Solar Empire and the NLR are easily parelal to the Empire and Chaos respectively. Nightmare Moon is kinda like Horus. Heck there's even some immortal alacorn being kept alive in a machine after being defeated by his corrupted daughter (Nightmare Moon). There is an absence of the other races, though the Equinox could be parallel to an intelligent version of the Tyranids.
Of course you wouldn't know any of this because you just assume ponies are about bunnies and rainbows. Not rape, murder, torture and demonic entities.
What bothers me is when I try to start a mature conversation and the person on the other end starts throwing insults like we used to do back when I was in kinder-garden.
I really should update my icon, 'cause you couldn't really call me a furry anymore. I guess 'cause I couldn't really identify with it. The way I look at it, hate is just the way the world recognizes a particular group 'cause the world is dumb, and only likes dumb things, like football. But being called a furfag didn't really sit well with me 'cause I was being called someone who runs around in fursuits or looks at furry porn, which just isn't me. 'Furry' was to much of a broad description so I just couldn't identify with it.
Being a brony on the other hand (A female brony) means I'm actually part of a specific group, and I don't mind the world being dumb because at least they hate me for what I am, not for something I'm not.
